Pricing

Pay for orders executed.
Not seats. Not dashboards.

OM is execution infrastructure — pricing tracks the work the system actually does. The more it executes, the lower the unit cost.

What you don't pay for

No seats. No per-channel fees. No "AI credits."

Operators

Add as many supervisors as your operation needs. Seat count doesn't change the bill.

Channels

WhatsApp, voice, email, PDF, portal — all included once an ingestion channel is live.

Iteration

Catalog updates, rule tuning, and new exception flows are part of the engagement, not a change order.

FAQ

Practical questions, practical answers.

What counts as an executed order?+

An order that the OM Agent processes end-to-end into your system of record — including escalations it resolves with your supervisor's approval. Pure rejections and duplicates don't bill.

How long does a pilot take to stand up?+

Most pilots are live within 2–3 weeks: one channel, one write path, your real catalog. Longer if multiple ERPs are involved.

Do you support our ERP?+

If it has an API, EDI, file drop, or even a portal a human can drive — yes. We treat the ERP as the destination, not the constraint.

What about data residency?+

EU and India residency available on Operate and Infrastructure tiers. No customer data is used to train shared models.
